The Wedding Brunch List

Now my wedding is not in the near future (relax Dan) but wedding season is only around the corner which means hen paaaartay and bridal showers of course! There’s obviously stag do’s too but let’s be honest, they’re busy booking the strippers, not the brunches – sorry bride to be.

Of course, weddings and pre-weddings come at different budgets so here are my suggestions for bridal brunching.

All tried and tested…nearly

The Cute one: Bourne & Hollingsworth Building

Budget: £28 – £35

I love this place, but I like to be upfront, it’s bottomless Bellini’s not prosecco however, the setting is perfect for a bride to be and should meet everyone’s budget with most dishes being around the £10 mark and bottomless at £18 pp. What can I say, if you’re looking for a cute brunch where you can enjoy cocktails then this is the one!

The Naughty One: Rascals

rascals

Budget: £40 – £45

Ok ok I haven’t tried Rascals…yet. But I did try BallieBallerson and this is so much more. I’ve seen the instastories, it’s pure mayhem so if you’re ready to get naughty then this is the one for you!

The Glam but Budget Conscious One: Grind

Budget: £18 – £25

If you’re anything like me then this won’t disappoint. I booked it for my birthday and not only is the restaurant super cute but it’s a bloody steal when it comes to value for money and prosecco. Better than that, they have a private dining area (in Clerkenwell at least) and it’s absolutely free to have as long as your party is big enough. The team are also lovely which helps!

The Crowd Pleaser: Villandry

Budget: £25 – £40

Pleasing everyone including strangers you may not even know can be difficult which is why this brunch is perfect for you. £40 – 2 hours of bottomless prosecco, a cute setting, pastry, cake and brunch dish. You definitely won’t be disappointed and it has something for everyone!

The East London One: Bokan

Budget: £49

Ah Bokan. This is an East London gem. High in the sky at the Novotel Canary Wharf, it’s got the views, it’s got the nice bathrooms and the rooftop bar. At £49 pp it’s not cheap but I think it’s definitely got a wow factor if you’re looking for somewhere fancy in East.

The Show Stopper: Dalloway Terrace

dalloway

Budget: £30 – £55

This place. Wow. It has a special place in my heart. It’s my pricier choice as bottomless prosecco is £30 but the prosecco’s good, the restaurant is not only beautiful but has the cutest tea cups, everyone will be heavily impressed and they have just renovated another bar in the same hotel and it’s also divine.. so YAY glam day drinking.
